Training Nights are 7.30 pm on 15th 22nd (for those who took the 2021 course) and 29th May 2024 (Beginners) with St Andrews First Aid, here in the clubhouse. The class size is max 12 at each session of approx 2hours. Wear comfortable clothing as you will be required to kneel and lay down on the floor.
